What began as a side project to help pay for college soon became a calling. Founder PJ Antonik started by rehabbing a few houses while working in marketing and quickly realized it was about much more than selling property. The work was about creating something lasting, homes that feel right the moment you walk in.
Oak evolved from building spec homes to focusing almost entirely on custom projects for clients. Today, more than 80 percent of our work is new builds, renovations, and additions designed around how people truly live. Our team has expanded, our projects have become more complex, and our reputation as a trusted Massachusetts design-build firm continues to grow. Our vision remains the same: combine thoughtful design with exceptional execution to create homes that stand the test of time.
