PJ Antonik

PJ is a Cape Cod native who grew up splitting his time between Massachusetts and Connecticut, where he learned the family trade of carpentry from his dad. Surrounded by mechanics and tradespeople, he picked up a wide range of skills early on—everything from general contracting and landscaping to finish carpentry.

After studying Broadcast Television at Hofstra University, PJ spent several years in the corporate world, building a strong foundation in marketing, sales, and communications. Eventually, he realized he could combine those management skills with his hands-on know-how. The result? Buying, fixing, and selling homes became his passion.

PJ has a simple philosophy: buy the cheapest house in the best neighborhood and see the potential where others don’t. Since starting Oak Development in 2014, he’s earned a reputation for turning even the roughest properties into standout homes, leading the company into major renovations and custom new builds for Oak as well as customers across New England.

Today, PJ lives in Hingham, MA, with his wife Lizzy and their two kids, working on projects throughout the South Shore, Cape Cod, and the Islands. In his free time, PJ enjoys coaching football for Jack, taking sports photos of Oakley, spending countless hours working in the yard, and skiing in the winter with his clan.

Lizzy Antonik

Lizzy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she competed as a three-sport Division I athlete in water polo, swimming, and rowing. Her passion for teamwork and drive for excellence translated seamlessly into her career in design.

While working full-time in Athletics at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA, Lizzy moonlighted as a designer for PJ, helping bring his vision to life. In 2020, she made the leap to join Oak Development full-time, where she now serves as Lead Designer.

At Oak Development, Lizzy oversees the selection of every finish in our spec homes and client renovations, ensuring each project reflects our signature style. She also coordinates the flow of materials to keep projects on track and meet our ambitious deadlines.

Outside of work, Lizzy’s love of sports continues—she spends her weekends on the ballfields cheering on her kids, Jack and Oakley.

Cindy Bello

Cindy Bello is the Chief Financial Officer of Oak Development, overseeing the company’s finance and human resources departments. A Certified Public Accountant with a degree from Assumption University, Cindy brings more than 25 years of small business experience across industries ranging from construction and marketing to technology and private equity.

Cindy has been part of Oak since the very beginning—first as an advisor during the early years and now as a key leader, growing alongside the company and its evolving needs. Before joining Oak full time, she was self-employed as a fractional Financial Controller and Human Resource Specialist while raising her two daughters.

An outdoor enthusiast, Cindy enjoys adventure and travel, whether it’s skiing, backpacking, or boating. She’s also a proud wife, mom to two successful young women—a Registered Nurse and an Interior Design/Architecture major at RIT—and dog mom to Bear. Cindy is dedicated to building success in everything she takes on, both professionally and personally.

Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson brings a unique blend of financial expertise and real estate experience to Oak Development & Design, where he leads Customer Relations and Business Development.

A former Vice President at United Bank, Chris managed a team of 35 Financial Advisors and served as an advisor to the Board of Directors. He later transitioned into real estate full time and has since been a principal on over 100 residential projects across MA, RI, NH, FL, and VA.

Chris is a Division I swimming alum and Olympic Trials qualifier from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business Management. He also holds certificates from Georgetown University and the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.

Originally from Minnesota, Chris now lives in Westborough, MA, and is passionate about building strong relationships and strong communities.

Rochelle Terranova

Rochelle joins the team after retiring from a successful career as a senior paralegal with prominent law firms in Boston and New York. Following retirement, she discovered her second dream career working with a development and design firm, where her passion for real estate grew. From mergers and acquisitions to real estate transactions as a licensed realtor, Rochelle brings a wealth of experience and insight. She is deeply passionate about homes, design, and décor, as well as her greatest joys—her daughter, granddaughter, and long-haired chihuahua, Violet. Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys watching cooking shows but rarely cooking, browsing vintage shops and finding nothing to buy, and watching endless YouTube videos from her favorite lifestyle influencers.

Ernie Joy

A true Cape Cod native, Ernie grew up in Harwich, MA, where he learned the value of hard work and a hands-on approach. Coming from a long line of hardworking Cape Codders, Ernie brings decades of experience and dedication to the Oak Development team.

As Head of Machine Operations, Ernie manages all site work and excavation for Oak Development’s projects. Known for his mechanical expertise, he can fix just about anything and ensures our job sites run smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining Oak Development, Ernie spent years driving cross-country as a long-haul trucker, a career that honed his work ethic and resourcefulness. Fun fact: Ernie is PJ’s stepdad, and his family-first spirit carries over into everything he does at Oak.

When he’s not on the job, Ernie enjoys spending time with his cat, Nessie—who loves going for walks on a leash.

Murphy & Charlie – Chief Happiness Officers

Murphy and Charlie may not swing hammers or pick paint colors, but they’re the real heart of Oak Development. These two furry “team members” grew up on the South Shore and have quickly risen through the ranks to become our official greeters, morale boosters, and snack inspectors.

When they’re not supervising job sites (aka napping in the truck), Murphy and Charlie can be found chasing tennis balls, patrolling the yard, or keeping the kids company at the ballfields. In the winter, they’re all about snow zoomies and joining the family on skiing trips—even if it’s just for the après-ski snacks.
