How I Started
The previously existing building was structurally unsafe and we were forced to demo and level the lot.
The Vision
Three freestanding ultra-modern units with private roof decks, balconies, and sweeping marsh and ocean views. (Artist Rendering)
The Process
Due to the homes close proximity to the marsh and ocean, pressure treated wooden piles were inserted into the ground to lift the home’s foundation away from any future flooding.
Next, prefabricated modular box homes were shipped and stacked into place on top of the wooden piles.
The homes were then secured together before adding windows, balconies, and roof decks.
The homes begin to take shape as the siding and roofing are completed.
