This was to be our first project in the up-and-coming beach town of Hull Ma.  Perfect spot for the family that loves to be near the beach! Our new build is about 100 feet from the harbor and 500 feet from the ocean!

On top of that, the beach on the ocean side is further down the point and much quieter than Nantasket Beach.

This build closes in at 2500sf, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  It features an open layout on the first floor, custom kitchen and well-thought-out finishes.  The deck off of the master on the second floor has harbor views and a peek at the ocean.  Most importantly - It is raised high and sits above the flood plain.
