Talk about a transformation! It was a shame to lose the old classic Cape we had on this lot but we really had no choice, it was just too far gone to save.  In the end, we rebuilt this house from scratch but tried not to overbuild on this site by keeping the square footage at 2900 sq ft.

This Modern Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a completely open design on the first floor. See the images below.
