A classic Cape Cod vacation home - turned from disaster to turnkey in 3.5 months.  We don’t typically call ourselves house flippers but in this case, we guess you could use that term. 

The difference with us is that when we “flipped” this one, we started over from scratch.

 

This home was fully gutted. We started with a new portico on the front door to change the look of this outdated 80’s home along with a bold charcoal color on the garage followed by a full paint job and revamp of the landscaping and decks. We then installed all new mechanicals, a new kitchen, new layout, 4.5 new bathrooms, and all new hardwood and tile throughout.  Basically, a brand new house when we were done other than siding and windows.

The result is a vacation home fit for a family of 15.  Walking distance to town and the harbor this home will be enjoyed for years during the summer months.
