REBUILDING A GEM...
Built in 1900 this antique Gambrel is small in size (1000 S.F.) but huge in personality. Almost every contractor or realtor that has seen it asks why we are not tearing it down. The answer is simple, it has great bones.
We wanted to create a home on Hersey St that was true to the area. Classic in its New England design yet functional for todays modern living. Slated to be complete June 1 we are aggressively pushing to create a beautifully crafted home with no loss of attention in detail or character.
We will be adding 2000 s.f. off the left side of the original structure while completely renovating it inside and out. The addition will have a huge open Kitchen/living space, mud room, two powder rooms, laundry and enormous two car garage on the first floor. The second floor of the addition will have a huge master suite with walk in closet and full bath along with a large bonus room above the garage. The final project will be a 3 bed, 2 and 2 half bath home with formal living room, dining room, wet bar, eat in kitchen and bonus room.
